Concord, NH — The New Hampshire Republican Party released the following statement thanking Democrat party leader Andru Volinsky for his continued push for an income tax.

“Thank you Andru Volinsky for telling the truth when others in your party hide their support for an income tax,” said NHGOP Chairman Jim MacEachern. “Volinsky continues to be a leader of the Democrat party and we greatly appreciate his honesty. Chairman Buckley should consider taking a lesson from that – after all, it is the best policy.”

MacEachern continued, “We hope Andru Volinsky will continue his important book tour and spread the word about the Democrats’ income tax plans!”

In just the last week, Volinsky continued his campaign for an income tax and House Democrats proposed more than half a billion dollars in new tax hikes.

Meanwhile, the lone Democrat candidate for Governor still refuses to sign the pledge against an income tax.
