Concord, NH — Today, the New Hampshire Republican Party called on Democrat congressional candidate Stefany Shaheen to explain whether or not she sides with Maine Governor Janet Mills’ decision to sign into law new limits on local law enforcement cooperation with ICE.  

“Does she support Janet Mills’ approach of tying the hands of law enforcement, or will she stand up against these ridiculous sanctuary policies,” said NHGOP Chairman Jim MacEachern.

MacEachern continued, “New Hampshire families deserve a straight answer. If Stefany Shaheen wants to serve in Congress, she should explain to Granite Staters why she agrees with the sanctuary policies her party is pushing.”
