Pappas and Shaheen Turn to Washington Democrats to Boost Their Campaigns

CONCORD, N.H. — Today, Chris Pappas and Stefany Shaheen are bringing Raphael Warnock to New Hampshire to campaign alongside them. New Hampshire Republican State Committee Chairman Scott Maltzie released the following statement:

“Raphael Warnock is one of the most liberal members of the United States Senate,” said NHGOP Chairman Scott Maltzie. “If Chris Pappas is truly the ‘moderate’ Democrats claim he is, his decision to campaign alongside Warnock tells Granite Staters exactly where he stands and how he would vote in the Senate. Stefany Shaheen is also turning to her Washington allies to prop up her campaign, bringing in a senator who voted with Joe Biden more than 96% of the time and supports packing the Supreme Court. It’s clear Pappas and Shaheen are out of touch with Granite Staters and are turning to radical Washington Democrats instead of offering a vision that reflects New Hampshire’s priorities.”

Here are just some of the extreme views of Raphael Warnock: 

  1. Attacked police officers as “gangster[s] and thug[s].”
  2. Said he’s “sick and tired” of hearing criticism of socialism.
  3. Called Black Lives Matter “a great and marvelous new militancy.”
  4. Labeled Republican senators “gangsters and thugs” for passing tax cuts.
  5. Refused to pay expenses for his own children, then used his campaign funds to do so.
  6. Doubled his income after just 18 months in office — a practice he previously decried.
  7. Dodged income taxes on his inflated salary thanks to an “unusual” financial arrangement with his church.
  8. Voted with Joe Biden more than 96 percent of the time.
  9. Flip-flopped on voter ID when it was politically expedient.
  10. He supports packing the Supreme Court with far-left activist justices.
  11. Won’t support American energy independence or expanding American energy production.
  12. Warnock voted to raise taxes on small businesses and middle class Americans, hire 87,000 new IRS agents, and worsen inflation.
  13. Voted to send taxpayer-funded stimulus checks to violent criminals in prison.
  14. Warnock repeatedly voted against border security.
  15. Warnock rubbed elbows with “Green New Deal”-obsessed billionaires.
