CONCORD – NH GOP Chair Jeanie Forrester released the following statement on Democrat silence since Representative Kathy Rogers pleaded guilty to assault:

“It has been five days since Democrat Representative Kathy Rogers of Concord has pleaded guilty to assaulting an election recount volunteer. Surprisingly, her unhinged behavior is still being enabled by top Democrats such as House Minority Leader Steve Shurtleff and Democrat Party Chair Ray Buckley. We take the personal safety of our elected officials seriously and it is clear that Kathy Rogers poses a physical threat to her colleagues. New Hampshire’s Democrat leaders should join me in calling for Rep. Rogers’ resignation before it is too late.”
